Thank you both for your help. VC - if the Andy Milligan films you that you mentioned you have are the Video Kart editions, they are supposed to be digitally restored copies, so there might be some issue. Those are what I have so I think I'll let that source alone. I do have an underground edition of "Rats..." that's fairly decent so I might just upload that one. Since I made this post I've taken it upon myself to try to navigate the USCO website. It didn't take me too long to find out what I wanted to, and my results weren't much different from yours. So again, thank you. I'll have 'em up as soon as I can.

I also double-checked for "Puppet People" and "My son.." and did find valid copyrights on both, so I think I'll pass on them as well. Your help has been top shelf, though.

Sorry about Puppet people, I rechecked and got a renewal. I had checked all alternate titles. But I must have typed in the original title wrong.

My Son The Vampire was first published in the US in 1958 and then reissued in 1959 and 1963. The only renewal on the film is for the 1963 reissue lodged in 1991. To secure the extended term of copyright they needed to file for renewal by 1986. So that renewal is invalid but was filed by USCO because of the distributers ommission of the original publication date. So, the movie is safe to upload.

OK. Thank you. I tend to lean towards the side caution so if I have doubts I usually hold off. I'll see about getting that one up, too.
